1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and fam888 (hereinafter "fam888", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://fam888.cam (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fam888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other platform rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein. These documents are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

fam888 operates an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, esports markets, lottery products, and arcade titles. The platform is designed for and marketed to adult players aged 21 years and above in jurisdictions where such gaming is lawful.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual user on the fam888 platform, through which the user accesses games, deposits funds, and withdraws winnings.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a player's fam888 account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits separately tracked.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by fam888 to players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of real money from a player's external payment method into their fam888 account balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by fam888 prior to processing withdrawals or upon suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the fam888 platform.
• "Platform" means the fam888 website, associated mobile interfaces, and all game and betting services accessible at https://fam888.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Also referred to as "rollover requirement".
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a player's fam888 account balance to their designated external payment method.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on fam888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform. fam888 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, voluntary exclusion programme, or regulatory exclusion list relevant to online gambling.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or associate of fam888 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors. Immediate family members of such individuals are also ineligible.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual (identified by name, address, payment method, device, IP address, or other identifying information) are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

Registration on fam888 is free of charge. To create an account, you must provide a valid username, a secure password, your email address, and your mobile telephone number. You must also confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. fam888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorised access. You must notify fam888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

fam888 will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any transactions completed using your account credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have promptly notified fam888 of a security breach.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

fam888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion without prior notice if, in fam888's reasonable assessment, the account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, for money laundering, or for any activity that may harm the integrity of the platform or other players.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting fam888 customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided KYC verification has been completed.

5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fam888 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, fam888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all players prior to the processing of withdrawals and in response to any account activity that warrants enhanced scrutiny.

Standard KYC documentation required by fam888 includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement showing the last four digits of the account)
• Proof of residential address, where required (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)

fam888 aims to complete KYC review within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. fam888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and may delay or withhold withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

fam888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect), USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). The minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. fam888 will not accept third-party deposits. Attempting to deposit using a payment method belonging to another person constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to method-specific limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. fam888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

fam888 aims to process approved withdrawals via e-wallet and DuitNow within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network conditions.

fam888 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. However, payment network fees (such as cryptocurrency transaction fees) may apply and are the responsibility of the player.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on fam888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. fam888 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate and players accept currency conversion risk on cryptocurrency transactions.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

fam888 offers various promotions and bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which supplement and, in the event of conflict, take precedence over these General Terms with respect to that specific promotion.

General bonus terms applicable to all fam888 promotions include:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until any applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are forfeited at the end of the validity period.
• fam888 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of technical error, fraud, or other circumstances beyond fam888's reasonable control.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of systematic exploitation — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots only, sports betting only). Stakes placed on excluded game types during an active bonus period may not count toward wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on fam888 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, esports, lottery). These rules are published within the relevant game or market interface and form part of this Agreement.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and binding once fam888's system has accepted the bet and issued a confirmation reference. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid. fam888 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from technical error or data feed malfunction.

8.2 Sports Betting Specifics

Sports betting on fam888 covers markets including but not limited to: English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, international tennis, and basketball. Asian Handicap and Mix Parlay markets are available on eligible fixtures. Mix Parlay winnings are calculated using the product of all individual selection odds; all selections must win for the parlay to pay out.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or technical fault that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, fam888 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the applicable stake to the player's account. fam888 does not pay out winnings resulting from a game malfunction.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fam888 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or derive an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known system errors must be reported immediately and will be forfeited.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions, account suspensions, or self-exclusion measures using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

fam888 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section. Where a breach is confirmed, fam888 may void all bets and transactions associated with the breach, forfeit any balance in the account, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

10 Responsible Gambling

fam888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. We recognise that while the vast majority of players engage with fam888 for entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviours. fam888 takes this responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered fam888 players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the fam888 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the minimum period selected.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the fam888 platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of fam888 or its licensed providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fam888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any fam888 content or software.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fam888 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings.

fam888 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fam888 takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy, fam888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the limitation of certain implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, fam888's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit fam888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

fam888's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

In summary, fam888 collects personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. fam888 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

14 Amendments to These Terms

fam888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, fam888 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or a prominent platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the fam888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

The current version of these Terms, together with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, shall be the definitive version governing your use of the platform at any given time.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit a player's right to seek redress under applicable consumer protection laws in their country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between a player and fam888 regarding a betting outcome, account matter, or promotional issue, the player should first contact fam888 customer support at [email protected] to seek resolution. fam888 aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties may seek resolution through appropriate arbitration or dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
